Heroku is a fairly unique hosting solution for a Rails application. Recently, they’ve implemented git support, so you’re no longer confined to their browser-based ‘IDE’. This session would cover the basics such as creating a new app, making some changes, and deploying those changes to Heroku.

Heroku is currently in beta and invite only, so feel free to email me and request an invite (specify what email you’d like me to send the invite). Use a subject similar to ‘Heroku Invite’.
